Set Apart FOR GOD's USE

Jeremiah 1:5: "I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations."

You see, being holy is a process; a continuous process that requires us to live a life centered around following Jesus. Inevitably, there will be moments when we stumble or lose focus. Thankfully, it's in these moments that God's other characteristics, such as His grace and forgiveness, come to life, offering us hope and restoration.

Life is full of challenges—whether it's something as tough as going back to school or simply navigating day-to-day struggles. But as long as we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our ultimate guide and team captain, we can move forward with confidence. God has called us to be holy, to live lives that are set apart, reflecting His character.

Standing out and going against the flow of the world often feels intimidating. Yet, God reassures us in His word that we are not alone. In John 16:33, He reminds us that although the world will bring trouble, He has already overcome it—and He promises to walk with us every step of the way.

FOR GOD

God calls us to be holy, or “set apart”, in order to identify with Him and to be different than the world around us

Youth Ministry

Elder Kristian Williams, Youth Pastor

“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” 1Timothy 4:12.

God has a special place in His heart for young people because they are strong and the word of God lives in them. Wherever you see a young man or woman, the interest of God is activated therein. This is why the Bible is filled with powerful words of encouragement to guide and inspire them. “How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word” (Psalms 119:9).

Youth Ministry provides a dedicated space for youth to explore their faith, develop a solid moral foundation, and actively participate in church life. It ensures the continuity of religious traditions while empowering the next generation to become leaders and stewards of the faith by involving youth in church activities, such as worship, service projects, and leadership roles. Youth Ministry is vital for building a sense of belonging and identity among young members, connecting them with their spirituality, and encouraging a lifelong commitment to the church.
